*Formalities regarding DAS and PPH shall be gone through by CPC or by interactive platform in paper form

Transformation between Online and Offline Application Form
When an offline patent application is submitted and accepted, it will be transformed to online form upon request and approval.
Unless otherwise specified, online application will not be transformed to offline form, and will not submit any documents offline.
