Famous trademark sues Google for infringement

Recently, GangYi Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. found the keyword of its well-known trademark "Nedfon" was linked to its competitor in the Google search engine. The company believed that its legal rights have been violated, and brought forward a lawsuit against its competitor and Google.

On June 29, the company held a press conference on protecting the trademark "Nedfon", and a number of news media were invited to the conference.

The operator believed that the legally registered trademark "Nedfon" has been maliciously used by its competitor, and hoped the lawsuit could get a fair result.
