A local self-employed man was sentenced to five years in jail and fined 50,000 yuan by Shanghai No. 1 Intermediate People's Court for trademark infringement to the hair conditioner brand Bee Flowers.

From March 2004 to August 2005, Zhang Miaochun and his partners illegally commissioned a company to print and affix more than 3 billion labels to fake products in Shandong Province.
