Wangzhihe lawsuit in Germany recovers

At 2 pm on November 14 local time (Beijing time 9 pm on November 14), the district court of Munich judged that the infringing company should stop using the trademark of Wangzhihe in Germany and withdraw the illegally registered trademark. Wangzhihe Group recovered for the trademark lawsuit.

In March last year, the trademarks of preserved beancurd, condiment and sales service of Wangzhihe were illegally registered by a German company.

It is learnt that, many Chinese time-honored brands are illegally registered overseas. The behaviors not only affect the reputation of Chinese time-honored but also make trade barrier for Chinese enterprises to develop foreign market. [Chinese version is available on Chinanews.cn]
