Draft of state-owned copyright management methods discussed

On February 15, the National Copyright Administration (NCAC)organized an opinion solicitation meeting on the "State-owned Copyright Management Methods (Draft)" in Beijing.

More than 20 experts and scholars gathered together to discuss the issues related to the management of state-owned copyrights.

The main topic of the meeting was the possibility for nation to enjoy copyright. At the same time, according to a NCA official, the "State-owned Copyright Management Methods (Draft)" aims to solve the problems of the scope of the state-owned copyrights, starting time for state-owned copyrights, provisions on the registration and notice of state-owned copyrights, and so on.
