SAIC official investigates trademark in Kunming

From June 29 to July 2, Deputy Director of State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) Fu Shuangjian and Director of Trademark Office Li Jianchang made an investigation in Kunming and inspected the enterprises declaring for well-known trademarks.

The officials listened carefully to the reports on cultivating well-known trademarks and had discussions with the corporate leaders.

Fu Shuangjian ordered all the industrial and commercial departments to help enterprises improve their trademark awareness, strengthen publicity on trademark registration and give guides on declaration channels and procedures for well-known trademarks.

Also the related departments shall learn about the trademark registration and use in enterprises and intensify the protection of registered trademarks. [Chinese version is available on Kmpg.gov.cn]
