On September 20, the second batch of 619 State Major Protected Brands were unveiled.

According to the selecting measures, the China Brand Research Institute (CBRI) will present certificates and medals to the selected enterprises and compile and publish State Major Protected Brands List.

The selected enterprises may carry out publicity in accordance with related national policies or measures to lay a foundation for applying for world famous brands, China Marked Brands, etc..

President of the CBRI Zheng Zhanwei disclosed, the system that "once selected, never be excluded" will not be adopted for the State Major Protected Brands. The CBRI will launch selection regularly and the valid term of the selected brands is three years.
