  • Director, Center for intellectual Property Rights Studies and professor of Law, China University of Politics & Law, who is the most well-known IP expert around the country. He was a visiting scholar of Columbia Law School in 1998 and received his LL.D from China University of Politics & Law in 2000. He is now the executive member of IP Law Research Association, China Law Society; special member of the IT & High-Tech Sub-Committee, All China Lawyers Association; the reporter of drafting committee of Model Law of the Electronic Commerce Law of the PRC. Professor Zhang is a frequent speaker for many international seminars and academic conferences. He also authored more than ten books and many articles published in China to provide expert advice.
