545 patent agencies pass annual inspection

Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO)announced the first batch of 545 patent agencies that passed the 2007 annual inspection.

The 545 patent agencies come from the country's 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, as well as Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and national defense sector.
　
According to the relevant provisions of the "Patent Agent Regulations" and the "Patent Agent Management Measures", the State Intellectual Property Office conducted the 2007 annual inspection from September 1 to October 31. [Chinese version is available on SIPO.gov.cn]
