In-Lan Wang Li accepted SIPO's Award for International Cooperation

In-Lan Wang Li was presented with the award at the ceremony by Xing Shengcai


The SIPO's Award for International Cooperation inaugural ceremony was held in Beijing on September 28. In-Lan Wang Li, from the John Marshall Law School, was presented with the award at the ceremony by Xing Shengcai, head of the discipline inspection team of the CPC Central Committee for Discipline Inspection stationed in the SIPO.

In the ceremony Mr. Xing stated that Ms. Li, as a Chinese American law professor and a former vice-president of the John Marshall Law School, was awarded for her great contribution to IPR such as the joint traing of IP personnel with SIPO. He also extended his gratitude to Ms. Li for her winning of the Friendship Awards presented by State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs.

Since the ninetieth of the last century, Mr. Li has devoted herself to promoting the exchange and cooperation between USA and China in such field as the IPR law and IP personnel cultivating. Depenning the cultural&educational cooperation between the two countries, her efforts has contributed greatly to China's IPR development and the construction of IP talent team of SIPO.

Ms. Li has also been engaged as a part-time professor by the training center of SIPO.
